Welcome to CLSR

You won’t be surprised to hear that Canadians feel that Covid 19 is having a negative impact on their stress levels and mental health. The new Personality Dimensions® Wellness Report couldn't come at a better time. This report, seen through the lens of Personality Dimensions®, will help participants identify how they can have a greater sense of wellness. In turn, will help them counteract the negative effects of the stress that they are experiencing.

You may be wondering how to use this report when teaching a Wellness Workshop or coaching an individual around wellness. That is why we have put together a half-day Train the Trainer session that will answer these questions. We will show you how to introduce the idea of wellness and the wellness wheel. You will also learn how to introduce and debrief the wellness report. You will then have the opportunity to experience some activities that you could use in a wellness workshop. We will answer any questions that you have about facilitating the workshop or coaching an individual using the Personality Dimensions® Wellness report.

As an additional bonus, you will receive your personalized Personality Dimensions® Wellness Report and five additional Personality Dimensions® Wellness Report credits to use with clients at no additional cost.

In order to maximize learning, workshop size is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Register today!

New dates available. November 19th and November 24th.

This workshop is lead Anne Bulstorde and Susan Geary, authors of the Personality Dimensions®  Wellness Report, Personality Dimensions® Professional Report, and Colour Savvy; Helping You Achieve Success in Your Work Life. It is being run independently of CLSR/Personality Dimensions; please send your questions to, and register with your facilitators [email protected]

Career professionals in Canada know that quality resources that reflect our unique needs can be hard to come by. We work hard to add those to our catalogue, but sometimes you just need to do it yourself… or in this case, collaborate with another great Canadian organization.

The Values & Skills Action Planner combines the best of two great resources; the Values & Skills Assessment Cards, and the Career Activity Planner workbook from the Winnipeg Transition Centre.  This online report provides far more than results; it is a self-exploration guide to next steps, including identifying transferable skills and setting short and long-term, realistic goals, along possible career pathways.

The world is changing. The way we deliver training is changing. John Maxwell once said ‘Change is inevitable. Growth is optional.’ Our growth opportunity lies in taking our original Personality Dimensions content and adapting it to an ever-evolving virtual landscape. While the content will remain the same, our delivery method is changing.

In the following series, you will experience several activities from the Personality Dimensions Toolkits ...and more showing how to bring them to life in a virtual world. You will be able to use these activities immediately in your own live, virtual workshops. The following Train the Trainer workshops will be facilitated live using Zoom.

November 17th - Work Teams That Work: Using Personality Dimensions to Create High-Performance Teams

December 1st - Getting off the See-Saw: Using Personality Dimensions for Work/Life Balance
